2017 End Build Season and Exhibition Night
And, we're done! With the 2017 build season at it's close, we can say we've got our robot bagged and tagged! Last night, a group of students stayed until 9 PM to finish up testing aspects of the robot, programming and some sewing. On Tuesday, February 28th, we will have our annual exhibition night at 6 PM. 2017 Build Season Week 5 Update
We're almost done! This year, we're building two robots. One for prototyping and practicing, and the other for our competitions. In the last week, we've received and fabricated parts, built the drive base, added all electrical components, mounted our devices, and written some preliminary programming. We're happy to say this robot is driving! We've also picked up the parts for our competition robot. Thank you Colmac Coil for laser cutting our parts! We've finished up our photo

2017 Build Season Week 4 Update
In the last week, we finalized our robot design and sent it to Colmac to cut out our parts. Huge thank you again for your donation! We've assembled our first drive base and are starting to work on adding the features we've worked so hard to prototype. This year we are fortunate enough to be able to build two robots! This is huge as it allows us to prepare for competition and to learn to drive beforehand. It also gives us a chance to program and know if things work or not.
